My customer service experiences

I have been working in customer service since I have been of working age. I've worked in the food industry as a barista and waitress. This has been a huge influence on how I communicate with those I'm working with. 

The biggest influence I've had has been working as a Student Success Specialist and Wolverine ambassador for Utah Valley University where I communicate with students and prospective students everyday.

Text Messaging

Vendors who are freelance or have an LLC typically (in my experience) answer more consistently through text message. This is an example of the professionalism I carry as an event coordinator.

Email

Most vendors who are representatives of a corporation or are part of an established building will typically communicate through email. 

These emails are from me to a DJ as well as one of my clients.
